Once a customer purchases one of our beds, we rarely hear from them again. However, from time to time a customer may have a need for support, and it’s our goal to make each customer service experience as pleasant as possible. We are available to speak with you by phone to answer your questions or quickly troubleshoot minor concerns. Should you need us to come to your home, we have specially trained service personnel in the 48 contiguous states available to quickly and efficiently make any necessary repairs.
Parts and Service
Do you have a competitor’s bed that needs service? If your bed’s components are compatible with our parts, we would be pleased to provide adjustable bed service and repairs at reasonable rates for labor and parts.
